The footsteps of autumn are coming all too quickly. As the weather gradually cools, many people have already begun to switch out their clothing. Yes, our bodies need warmth and comfort to accompany us through the final stages of 2023.
If we say that in spring and summer, everyone is eager to embrace the "dopamine" trend, then autumn and winter represent the other end of the spectrum. This year's autumn and winter fashion trends will be more focused on practicality and comfort, something that ordinary people can easily pull off and align with my personal aesthetic and daily wear. Let's take a look together!
"Mélange" Trend
I believe many of you have already heard of "mélange," as I shared it in last Wednesday's article. It's actually the brown hues that food presents during the cooking process, and in the realm of fashion aesthetics, it has become the trend of wearing earthy tones. Major fashion brands have all used this color palette in their collections this year, including Maxmara, Hermes, Lemaire, Miumiu, and others.
Furthermore, among the 5 new classic colors for Pantone this autumn and winter, 2 of them belong to the brown color spectrum (Toffee Brown and Doe Brown), indicating that this is the prevailing trend.
